No one is talking about staged funding rounds. Round being done by Tier 1 at price A. At the same time next round being done by Tier 2 at Price B (always 5x or more Price A). Tier 1s making out like bandits on paper. Founder gets “mega round” size and price. Tier 2 is the one getting eyes gouged.
