Agents for personal use may end up as a niche rather than a mass-market product. Most people don’t know what to automate or how to delegate, and delegation, in particular, is an incredibly hard skill to master. I still think agents will be hugely impactful. But I bet they’ll be used primarily by systems thinkers and businesses.
