Another H-1B immigrant. Probably the optimal amount of abuse of H-1Bs is non-zero because of the trial and error aspect of recognizing high impact people. Elon Musk couldn’t get through the strict “extraordinary ability” O-1 visa, so he had to come in via the allegedly highly-abused H1-B reserved for the common immigrant. Makes you think.
