Consumer is basically ChatGPT and Google's market to lose in my opinion. ChatGPT already has 1B users and needs to get them to connect their favorite apps and use agents to do work. OpenAI is already pioneering new interaction patterns like voice. The biggest barriers to overcome are: 1) Normies not trusting AI and ChatGPT with full access to their apps and data. 2) Normies not realizing what ChatGPT is now capable of.
