OpenAI's tool-use pause for advanced models remains unclear

OpenAI said on Sep 25 that "all training, evaluation, and inference with tool-use (defined broadly) of our most capable models remain paused". Does anyone know if this training/evaluation has resumed yet? Another area where OpenAI should give more transparency.
