The @convex AI gateway is about customers wanting everything to work out of the box. It also gives us flexibility we didn't have before: new models, custom things we're exploring, our internal eval suite informing what we surface... We now have a powerful enough toolset to pursue some really interesting ideas. More on that as it develops. But reducing friction has always had surprisingly large impacts on human behavior.
