I think Hark is a fantastic product, but this free pizza thing was a fail for me… it took 20 mins to order… if you look at the comments on the post there are a lot of complaints. FWIW this was the first time hark hasn’t been a great experience. Reminds me a bit of when on-demand economy startups offered freebies that overwhelmed the system and gave a bad first impression. Spoonrocket offered $1 meals, Flywheel offered $10 rides with no surge pricing on new years. I tried both but had such a…
