some quick CI thoughts since i also was hitting this problem: - let your agent pick what the most relevant parts of CI are to run, most PRs only need a small section of the test suite - if you use stacked PRs, give your agent the ability to skip CI for base of the stack and only run it on the top of the stack - only run the full test suite on commit to main, deploy after it succeeds - i'm in the process of doing this last part but it's super easy to add in local machines to run CI on now…
