The "solo agents are obsolete, swarms win" pitch keeps showing up and I think it's mostly cope. Running a company solo, every agent I spin up is another failure surface to babysit. Parallelism is great when the work is actually parallel. Most of the time "swarm" just means I built a more expensive way to be wrong in five places at once.
