that being said, the more i use general purpose agents the more convinced i am that specialized agents might have even a bigger role to play. the main differenence is that the specialized agents are able to hide almost all complexity (e.g. you might not even know if there is ai underneath). more specifically today a general agent makes you specify the task (with light hits of pro activity), maybe supply context, maybe set boundaries, & judge the result whereas a good specialized agent already…
